About The Position

We are seeking professional, reliable Bus Drivers to join the launch team for Tea Around Town® Orlando. In this role, you will safely operate our specialty double-decker buses while delivering a hospitality-driven, guest-focused experience. As part of a new market opening, you will help set the tone and standard for operations in Orlando.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class B license with Passenger endorsement (required).
• Strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and punctuality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules in a guest-focused, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience operating buses, shuttles, or other commercial passenger vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate double-decker buses along designated Tea Around Town® Orlando routes.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Comply with all traffic laws and federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver a welcoming, professional, and memorable guest experience on every tour.
