We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Bus Driver to transport passengers between Beta buildings and parking lots while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is punctual, professional, and committed to maintaining a safe and positive riding experience for all passengers.

Requirements

  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Prior bus or commercial driving experience preferred, but not required
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Lift up to 50lbs occasionally
  • Ability to follow a strict schedule for the day

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.. A plus
  • Class A CDL
  • First aid CPR training

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a bus along assigned routes and schedules
  • Pick up and drop off passengers at designated stops
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Maintain a clean and orderly bus
  • Communicate clearly with passengers and dispatch
  • Assist passengers as needed, including those with mobility challenges
  • Report delays, incidents, or mechanical issues promptly
