About The Position
We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in Modesto, CA. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. Transdev is proud to offer: CBA Position $22.25 - $30.25 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement PayScale) Starting pay $22.25 with progression to $31.30 over 2 years. Benefits include: Paid Vacation leave after 1 year Paid Sick Leave Medical, Dental & Vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, pension plan, and company holidays. Paid Training to obtain your CDL
Requirements
- 21 years or older
- Valid drivers license for a minimum of 3 years
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Punctual with an emphasis on attendance.
- Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Drive a transit bus and transport passengers safely, timely and efficiently.
- Greet passengers, accept fare payment, and maintain a safe environment.
- Properly report all incidents, accidents, mechanical concerns.
- Other duties as required to ensure a safe and courteous ride for our passengers.
