About The Position

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with several certifications and licenses necessary for operating a school bus. The role is critical for ensuring the safe transportation of students within the district, which is located along Interstate 8 in the southeastern mountains of San Diego County, approximately 50 miles east of the city of San Diego.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid California Motor Vehicle Operators license, Class B - P
• Valid school bus driver certificate
• Valid first aid certificate issued by the American Red Cross or the California Highway Patrol
• Valid medical certificate approved by the Department of Motor Vehicles or the Federal Highway Administration of the U.S. Department of Transportation
