About The Position

The position involves transporting students, staff, program participants, or visitors to and from program areas safely. The role includes various responsibilities related to vehicle safety and maintenance, as well as driving duties.

Requirements

• Experience in the operation or maintenance of heavy equipment, motorized vehicles, or machinery.
• Drivers License Class B CDL.

Nice To Haves

• High School or Equivalent.
• 2 years operating a motorized vehicle directly related to area of employment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for load safely secured and roadworthy before departure.
• Visually inspect bus for any needed repairs/maintenance and ensure they have been completed.
• Ensure oil and filters have been changed in accordance with maintenance procedures.
• Ensure tires are inflated, inspected for damage, and in good working order.
• Transport students, staff, program participants, or visitors to and from program areas.
• Drive vehicles, cars, buses to the various sites for programmatic use.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the program or facilities directors.
