About The Position

The position involves driving an activity bus for out of town trips, specifically to locations such as Phoenix and Tucson. The driver is expected to operate the bus safely and professionally, ensuring compliance with all traffic ordinances and supervising students during transport. The role requires participation in on-site training and performing daily pre-trip inspections.

Requirements

• No points on driving record.
• Ability to pass a physical exam, including drug test.
• Commercial Driver's License or ability to obtain such.
• Successful in passing all State training and written test.
• Possession of all required endorsements.
• Ability to work cordially with co-workers and students.
• Ability to work early morning and/or variable hours as needed.

• Ability to drive on out of town trips including Phoenix and Tucson.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable.
