If you are safety conscious, and like children, we'd like to speak to you. Driver candidates will need to have a clean driving record, and be able to pass a physical, pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.

Requirements

• Be able to pass a physical, pre-employment drug test, and criminal background check
• 3 years of verifiable safe driving, with a valid personal driver's license

Responsibilities

• Drive a bus daily over designated routes in accordance with time schedules, loading and unloading students or clients at designated locations and schools.
• Perform a child check immediately after each run.
• Transport school pupils and teachers on school activity trips.
• Perform daily inspections of buses and associated equipment prior to transportation of passengers.
• Maintain good order and discipline among students or clients.
• Follow company policies regarding pupil/client management and relations with parents, teachers, school administrators, guardians, medical practitioners, medical facilities, and the public in general.
• Keep records and submit reports as required.
• Wash, sweep, clean and refuel buses as required.
• Report all mechanical deficiencies in writing promptly.
• Conduct safe riding instruction and perform bus evacuation drills as directed.
• All other duties as assigned.
