About The Position

The Community Bus Driver at Brownsburg Meadows Assisted Living plays a critical role for residents by providing transportation services to and from appointments and activities. This position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities. Requirements

Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence) to residents, family members, customers and staff.
Must be 25 years of age or older.
Good standing and current Operator’s License.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Provide transportation services to and from appointments and activities for residents.
Safely transport residents in and out of the vehicle utilizing ramps, wheelchair tie downs and lifts.
Provide safe and secure travel for residents.
Create a comforting, calm and engaging atmosphere for residents.
Work towards a common goal of excellent care for residents.
