Responsibilities: Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guest tables in a timely manner. Ensure that all orders are accurate, complete, and meet the restaurant's quality standards. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure a smooth flow of service. Assist with food preparation and garnishing as needed. Set up and clean dining areas, ensuring they are organized and ready for service. Assist with refilling drinks, clearing plates, and maintaining the cleanliness of tables throughout the meal. Maintain awareness of guest needs, ensuring they have everything they require for a positive dining experience. Handle special requests, allergies, or dietary restrictions in accordance with the guest’s preferences. Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning work areas. Qualifications: Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and strong attention to detail. Ability to carry heavy trays or large orders of food and beverages (up to 25-30 lbs). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for long periods. Capability to lift and carry trays, plates, and beverages safely. Requirements
