As a Business Architect Sr within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. *****PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.*****

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge in ServiceNow applications, out-of-the-box configurations, business rules, and data tables.
  • Experience with impacts of plugin and store app installations.
  • Technical leadership for integration, testing, and operations of assigned platform workstream.
  • Ability to solution using out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities with a priority of configuration over customization.
  • Experience in consulting to engineers and developers to ensure the as-built solution matches the intent of the design.
  • 8+ years of industry relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher level education such as a Master's degree or PhD is desirable.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in relevant fields.
  • Experience with Enterprise Architecture Framework.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning.
  • Experience in Risk Assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Design business architecture, delivering technical roadmaps, application blueprints, data models and system overlays for business processes.
  • Decompose business requirements against technical standards, current technical gaps and possible application modules needed.
  • Conduct risk assessments, governance processes and issue resolution in business architecture.
  • Provide guidance and advice on business architecture designs in complex projects.
  • Resolve difficult problems and ensure that all deliverables meet high standards in quality.
  • Design business architecture procedures, such as the target operating model and roadmap, while considering business strategies and goals.
  • Consult on best practices for junior staff in business architecture planning, processes, data modeling and business architecture tools.
  • Oversee the quality of business architecture project deliverables while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and processes.
