Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time Bus Aide and Classroom Aide to support students with diverse needs. Responsibilities
- Assist students with disabilities during boarding and exiting the bus.
- Ensure all students are properly secured and safe during transit.
- Support students with mobility challenges, including wheelchair assistance.
- Maintain a calm, orderly bus environment.
- Communicate any concerns with the driver and school staff.
- Follow safety protocols and respond effectively to emergencies.
- Provide support during the school day in classrooms, therapy sessions, or other school spaces.
- Assist with student transitions and personal care tasks if needed.
- Promote positive behavior and student engagement.
