About The Position
Our Bus Aides assist in providing transportation daily to individuals with developmental disabilities from group home settings to community programs and day habilitation. Whether you are seeking to make a permanent switch or looking to supplement your current income, we are confident you will fall in love with our families!
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working as a bus monitor and/or working with the handicapped is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the securement of wheelchairs.
- Ensures that all passengers' seatbelts are securely fastened.
- Ensures an individual's safety while on Agency vehicle.
- Assists individuals on and off the bus.
