Perform a variety of duties to deburr and blend surfaces on aircraft engine parts according to detailed instructions contained in operation sheets and overhaul manuals. Use appropriate abrasives, air guns, carbide drills, emery cratex, flat wheels, PSA discs, buffing and wire sheets, and diamond files as required for each operation. Set up and use holding devices such as rotary and hydraulic tables when necessary. Work from established practices and procedures to prepare parts for subsequent operations. Inspect work for conformance to quality standards and detect faulty operations or materials, reporting issues to the immediate supervisor. Maintain compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards. Perform other related duties as assigned.
