Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point person for 4-H volunteers, members, and outside agencies to answer questions or direct inquiries.
  • Assist in organizing workshops, program materials, and events, including logistics for the 4-H cultural arts festival and other programs.
  • Manage and maintain 4-H enrollment information, charters, financial records, and communication with members.
  • Help maintain the department website, databases, and social media, updating educational and promotional information as needed.
  • Schedule logistics and secure resources for meetings, conferences, and work unit operations.
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare various communication materials from established sources.
  • Send, receive, copy, and distribute communications according to established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain established methods and organizational systems for electronic and physical records.
  • Maintain department budget accounts, monitor expenses, and reconcile monthly.
