Requirements
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Quick learner and self-starter
- High school–level reading comprehension and math skills
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a manufacturing and high-temperature environment
Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate kiln burner systems according to established procedures
- Adjust burner settings to maintain proper temperatures and firing cycles
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Accurately read and interpret gauges and measurements
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
