About The Position

Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Material Handler to join our team at our St. Louis, MO Milling location. The starting pay for this role is $21.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating trackmobile and bobcat equipment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and working experience.
- Ability to work in conditions with exposure to dust, noise, and temperature extremes.
- Must be capable of lifting and stacking up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience blending or loading is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Load product from bins into rail cars or truck.
- Seal bulk containers.
- Optimize loading efficiencies to support the facility's production.
- Ensure the loadout area is organized and clean at all times.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations.
- Learn and execute basic equipment maintenance to improve production reliability.
- Communicate and assist with Loadout Supervisors and maintenance department as required.
