Job Summary: Ally Waste is hiring for the exciting Bulk Tech position which is a fundamental role to deliver our waste support services to the apartment communities we serve. The Bulk Tech role consists of loading furniture and other bulky items to a truck and trailer and hauling it to the landfill. Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs at a time
Must be able to get in and out of truck hundreds dozens of times throughout the shift
Must be able to work quickly
Must be willing to get dirty; can not be afraid of the smells at a landfill
Must be able to operate a vehicle safely for 10+ hours at a time
Must be able to work 5 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday from 6 AM to 2 PM
Driver's license and driving record in good standing
Criminal background check and drug screen required

Responsibilities

Using a company truck (and possibly trailer), drive to up to 20 properties daily on assigned route
Check in, take photos, and document bulky items/furniture at each property using our proprietary app
Load heavy items to the truck using stacking techniques
Haul items to the assigned landfill
Empty items from the trailer or truck (depending on equipment used)
Work quickly and efficiently to complete pickups in a timely manner
