About The Position

Ale-8-One Bottling Company is seeking qualified candidates for a full time Bulk Route Driver with a valid KY Class A CDL and a safe driving record. This position is the entry point into our Sales Department. The primary responsibility of this position is to build strong account relationships in our growing market, gaining shelf and cooler space, and selling in displays, secondary displays and promotional opportunities in order to meet the targeted goals. This individual will be self-motivated, have the ability to be trained and developed into a strong sales person, consistently meeting and exceeding expectations on quarterly sales incentives, targets and goals. We are seeking a positive, safety oriented, team player who can remain productive with very little direct oversight in the field.

Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Have a Valid Class - A - KY C.D.L with Air brakes endorsement
  • Have two or more years of C.D.L driving experience
  • Have the ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Have the ability to move 290 lbs with a hand truck
  • Have the ability to move full pallets of product with a manual floor jack
  • Ability to operate a handheld computer device
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and comply with PPE requirements
  • Ability to perform frequent and some continuous standing, walking, and driving along with frequent and some continuous bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching, overhead reaching, lifting, carrying and handling heavy weight as well as periodic lifting of 50 lbs. and pushing / pulling full pallets of heavy product
