About The Position

Lead and evaluate Job Hazard Analyses (JHA/JSA) and Pre-Task Plans (PTP) for onsite bulk gas system activities. Actively support the EHS program by reporting any safety or environmental concerns within 24 hours. Identify and implement opportunities to minimize potential hazards to personnel and the environment. Review assigned designs to ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements and company safety and quality standards. Promote a strong safety culture through audits, proactive observations, and hazard mitigation initiatives. Partner with leadership to establish performance objectives and continuous improvement strategies. Communicate potential Fab impacting issues—such as defects, tool constraints, or lost moves—before they escalate. Ensure operational changes are accurately documented and clearly communicated during shift turnovers. Analyze operational data to identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities for system improvement. Provide troubleshooting expertise and support root cause investigations for system issues.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years or more experience with Bulk gas systems
  • 3+ years of project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • 2 years' experience interpreting blueprints and other construction documents.
  • Familiarity with SCADA systems and industrial equipment operation.
  • Skilled in explaining the connection between equipment design, application, and the impacts on maintenance, operations, and construction.
