About The Position

To provide excellent customer service by creating a favorable image for Farmers Telephone Cooperative by maintaining buildings and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion. Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Office Facilities and Fleet Supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift heavy loads, operate tractors, lawn equipment and chain saws

Nice To Haves

• Some experience with electrical, plumbing and janitorial repairs
• Basic knowledge of personal computers

Responsibilities

• Reports to supervisor on the quality of contracted services.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and materials.
• Performs minor maintenance to buildings and properties as directed by Office Facilities and Fleet Supervisor.
• Performs janitorial duties as assigned by Office Facilities and Fleet Supervisor.
• Picks up and delivers mail, packages and deposits as directed.
• Complies with all safety rules and regulations.
• Performs other duties as directed.
