The Building Technician is involved in performing both preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance and tasks as assigned on multiple systems. This position requires technical skills with a variety of building infrastructure. Involved in campus' repairs, protects and beautifies various interior and exterior surfaces and various components of the physical structure of building in client facility providing painting, carpentry work and general tasks. The Maintenance Mechanic will be performing both preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance on multiple interior and exterior surfaces. The position may be called upon to perform other general maintenance and support duties on an as-needed basis.
