The Building Systems Monitor is responsible for the continuous monitoring of building operating systems in the County's Monitoring Automation Center (MAC Room). This role involves operating specialized computer applications to oversee mechanical and emergency systems in select County buildings, ensuring timely responses to alarms and equipment failures, and generating work orders as needed. The position may require working irregular hours, including evenings and nights, to maintain uninterrupted service.
