About The Position

We are looking for a highly professional Building Supervisor in the Rochester area. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have knowledge of and familiarity with the janitorial industry. Daily responsibilities and duties are as follows but are not limited to: Oversight of cleaners (including hiring, training, and evaluating) on a daily basis Monitoring supplies and equipment on hand Performing cleaning tasks alongside other cleaners Ensuring staffing and budget requirements are met Maintaining timely and ongoing communication with customers Conducting regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met Implementing and enforcing safety and health regulations Developing and maintaining cleaning schedules and task assignments Addressing customer concerns and feedback promptly Collaborating with management to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
