About The Position

We are currently searching for a full-time Building Substitute for our elementary or middle school locations. This is a 10-month position; work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Qualifications for the position include: A bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited institution required Previous teaching experience required A flexible personality that demonstrates enthusiasm, celebrates success, and responds positively to adversity An interpersonal skillset that fosters positive communication with students, staff, administration, and parents A strong work ethic and an excellent attendance record

Copy of your PA State Police Criminal Record Clearance (Act 34)
Copy of your DPW Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
Copy of your FBI Clearance Fingerprinting with the UEID # (Act 114)
Completion of a Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release (Act 168)
Completion of PDE Form 6004: Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification (Act 24)
Copy of high school and/or college transcripts
Three letters of professional reference
Completion of a PA School Health Record
Completion of Mandated Reporter Abuse Training (Act 126)
Completion of Professional Ethics Training
