About The Position
The Building Specialist, under general supervision, assist the Director of the Student Center in the day to day operations of the Panther Plaza, WAT-MSC, and Farrell Hall Laundry. The duties include opening and closing the facility, making sure all doors and gates are locked. Make sure the facility is cleaned. Process work orders for maintenance of the facility. Produce marketing material for advertising the facility. Make sure the website is current and up to date. This position may pay more than the salary listed above depending on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
