About The Position

The Building Services Technician plays a critical role in helping maintain safe, orderly, sanitary, and above all, inviting educational facilities at NDSCS. Duties and services associated with this position include custodial work and minor maintenance.

Requirements

• Must support the mission, vision and values of NDSCS
• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to operate mechanical cleaning equipment, or willingness to be trained

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year related experience
• 1+ year floor care/maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to perform minor building and equipment repairs
