We are currently seeking the right person to join our Building Services team as a Maintenance Technician. Maintenance Technicians at Touchmark possess a thorough knowledge of residential maintenance, repair, and service. If you enjoy working independently and doing a range of unique tasks, this is a great position. The ideal candidate will: Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Have the ability to move quickly to various areas of the entire property Be able to read, write, and speak English in order to communicate clearly with other team members and residents Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors Possess a current valid driver license and a reliable form of personal transportation to get to work Participate in the on-call rotation schedule to include periodic weekend shifts Knowledge, Skill, and Competency Skilled in providing excellent customer relations by exchanging information with courtesy and consideration. A good mechanical aptitude Follows safety rules and is willing to wear all required personal protective equipment relating to job safety and healthcare safety. Observes, analyzes, and determines the corrective course of action for service and repair Performs necessary repairs to correct analyzed situations professionally and productively Ability to work as a team or individually with communication always taking top priority
