Building Services Coordinator (BSC) – JLL What this job involves: Join our team as a Building Services Coordinator, where you'll serve as the welcoming face and primary point of contact for employees, guests, and service partners at Dell's corporate campus. This highly visible, client-facing role combines hospitality excellence with facilities coordination to create exceptional workplace experiences. You'll manage building service requests, provide lobby support, guide visitors through security protocols, and ensure seamless daily operations. Working closely with our Facilities Manager and onsite teams, you'll help maintain high service standards while supporting performance against key metrics across a dynamic, high-activity portfolio. What your day-to-day will look like: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and guest inquiries, providing professional, hospitality-forward assistance Coordinate building services including janitorial, conference room support, parking, deliveries, and general workplace services Support security protocols by assisting with badging guidance and visitor access processes in accordance with Dell policies Track service requests through completion, provide status updates, and ensure satisfactory resolution with quality follow-through Interface with service partners and vendors to support timely execution and maintain consistent service quality Maintain accurate service logs, documentation, and reporting to support SLA/KPI performance and audit readiness Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while providing coverage support across the BSC portfolio as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in corporate facilities support, reception/administrative support, hospitality, customer service, or vendor coordination
  • Strong customer service skills with professional presence and service recovery mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for all management levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certificate or Associate Degree
  • Experience in corporate office environments with Dell or similar technology companies
  • Familiarity with facilities management systems and service coordination platforms
  • Experience with security protocols and visitor management systems

Responsibilities
