About The Position

ECS is offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to join our Southwest Building Science and Infrastructure team in Oklahoma City, OK. In this role, you’ll oversee operations related to building enclosure, structural systems, due diligence and/or building code compliance throughout Oklahoma and surrounding metro areas. If you have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and the drive to grow a department, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Develop, lead, and manage a team of engineers, architects and project managers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence Oversee all operations related to Building Envelope, Structural Systems, Due Diligence and/or Building & Code Compliance. Projects may involve: Manage projects from inception to completion, including proposal preparation, technical report reviews, and departmental P&L performance Drive business development by building and maintaining strong client relationships and leading marketing initiatives in this market sector Partner with internal recruiting team to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring the group remains staffed for success

Requirements

  • B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited by National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) or BS in Engineering, Building Science, or related degree from an ABET accredited college/university preferred
  • 8+ years of experience related to building envelope consulting
