About The Position
The Building Sanitation Attendant performs routine cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness of an assigned facility, maintains supplies, and inspects buildings for repairs.
Requirements
- Building Sanitation Attendant I - High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of education.
- Building Sanitation Attendant II - High school diploma, general education degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of education. Six (6) months of related experience.
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Good verbal and written communication
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating.
- The employee must not be and will not be under sanction by the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General (OIG) or by the General Services Administration (GSA) or listed on the OIG's Cumulative Sanction Report, or the GSA's List of Excluded Providers, or listed on the OIG's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
- Must meet and maintain pre-employment and periodic background investigation and adjudication for childcare.
