We’re looking for a Building Sales Representative who can connect with customers, understand their goals, and guide them from dream to design to contract. You’ll be trained on our building products and estimating process — all you need to bring is your people skills and drive to close.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven sales experience (construction or materials a plus).
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Confidence using computers, email, and CRM tools.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a customer-first attitude.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers about building options and features.
• Prepare quotes and review plans with our estimating and CAD teams.
• Present proposals clearly and confidently — and close the deal.
• Keep detailed notes and manage your projects through our CRM system.
• Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
