About The Position

RoseVilla is seeking a full-time Building Operations Technician I to join our team! What you'll do: The Maintenance Technicians are responsible for a wide variety of preventative and unscheduled maintenance in general building upkeep, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, aquatics, and HVAC systems. A typical day will include working all over Rose Villa's beautiful 22-acre property, tackling a wide assortment of tasks, with regular interaction with residents and staff. Who we need: A problem solver who loves getting an assignment and running with it. You have a solid mechanical aptitude, a calm demeanor, and great interpersonal skills.
