The City of Fairburn is seeking an experienced Building Operations & Maintenance Specialist with some semi-skilled experience working in maintenance, repair, adjustments and complex work functions associated with construction to ensure that City’s buildings and facilities are properly maintained and meets City’s standards. Local government experience is a plus. Experience working in Facilities Management, Property Management, or Building Operations environment is a plus. Reports to the Building Maintenance Superintendent. JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for performing semi-skilled maintenance, repair, adjustments, and complex work functions associated with construction to ensure that City’s buildings and facilities are properly maintained and meets City’s standards. Reports to the Building Maintenance Superintendent.
