Public Agency Resources (PARS), a subsidiary of Willdan Group Inc., has full-time and part-time openings for an ICC-Certified Building Official in the Pinal County, AZ area.
Requirements
- Must have CBO Certification.
- Thorough knowledge of AZ building codes.
- 2-3 years experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Municipal experience highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all functions of Building Department.
- Quality control review of plan checks and inspections.
- Preparing code updates each cycle for Municipal Code adoption.
- Resolution of resident inquires and complaints.
- Other duties as required.
