About The Position
The Building Official for the Seminole Tribe of Florida is a senior-level position responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of Tribal members and the public through the regulation and inspection of building construction and related installations. This role involves managing compliance with federal, state, and local ordinances, overseeing building inspectors, and directing the issuance of permits and Certificates of Occupancy. The incumbent will also collaborate with various stakeholders to address community concerns and improve service delivery systems.
