About The Position
KMG Prestige is seeking a Building Monitor to join our team in Coldwater, MI who takes pride in their work and is detail oriented. The ideal candidate will be dependable and strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and a visually appealing property. The building monitor will also be responsible for reporting on the condition of rooms and monitoring housing rules, attention to detail is required to ensure accurate reporting, removing trash and waste to the disposal area, and stocking and organizing the office.
