Responsibilities To perform maintenance duties in and around the buildings of the complex and to construct, repair and maintain related equipment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Three (3) years of experience
Driver's License

Responsibilities

Completes assigned work orders daily, to include repairs on and maintenance of mechanical, non-mechanical and electrical equipment. Work must be performed in a safe and timely manner and according to dept. standards and procedures and to manufacturers’ specifications.
Observes mechanical devices ) pumps, motors, engines, etc.) in operation and listens to their sounds during equipment check rotations and during daily activity. Notifies supervisors of problems immediately.
Keeps accurate records and documentation of work performed and turns in paperwork at end of the shift.
Maintains work area in a safe and efficient manner.
When requested, independently completes assigned projects/tasks requiring expertise in a specialized trade in a safe, accurate and timely manner.
Accurately estimates quantities of materials needed and assures adequate time for ordering.
