Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Electrical and plumbing knowledge
  • Ability to work well with others and possess strong interpersonal qualities
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-Motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid State issued driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Ground work (outside cleaning, garbage, weed spraying, etc.)
  • Change the HVAC & AC unit filters
  • Pick up and deliver parts site wide
  • Take care of building repairs, i.e. epoxy flooring, tile, sheet rock, painting, roof repair, plumbing, welding, basic electric etc.
  • Provide storeroom support
  • Contribute to continual process improvement and increased performance
  • Attend department meetings and training as assigned by supervisor or manager
  • Maintenance Tech IV will be required to know Mechanical, Electrical, PLC, and Pneumatic
