The Facilities Operations department is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Management Systems (BMS) Controls and Retro Commissioning Manager to join our team. The BMS Controls and Retro Commissioning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of Building Management Systems and leading the retro commissioning efforts for the campus. They will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are operating efficiently, optimizing mechanical asset usage, and meeting various Federal and State standards. This role will work closely with team members to design and execute BMS projects and develop strategies to improve system efficiency. The position will also be responsible for coordinating retro commissioning efforts, including conducting audits, identifying system deficiencies, overseeing the implementation of corrective actions and instituting a preventative maintenance program. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of BMS operations, retro commissioning best practices, preventative maintenance programming and building performance optimization.
