Requirements

• 2+ years of previous facility maintenance experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• Prior experience with MS Office products at a medium level user capability
• Required to be able to operate all key pieces of MHE including Pacer, Reach Truck, Stock Picker, Floor Scrubber, Boom Lift, Golf Cart, and set down forklift
• Ability to operate independently and communicate clearly with operations and facility management

Nice To Haves

• HVAC/R experience
• Electrical troubleshooting experience
• Welding/fabricating experience
• Ability to read schematics
• Experience in apartment or commercial maintenance

Responsibilities

• Changing and watering forklift batteries
• Performing preventative maintenance tasks for equipment/building
• Responding to breakdowns
• Responsible for the general maintenance of the building and facilities including water, heating, air conditioning, and electrical maintenance
• Maintaining HVAC system
• Performing minor maintenance as needed for water and electrical repairs
• Providing support for maintenance to material handling equipment to ensure service reliability
• Performing maintenance or general carpentry on items such as floors, walls, doors, etc.
• Ensuring all safety equipment is in proper working order
• Completing required reports when maintenance tasks are completed
• Answering security/alarm calls as needed
