The maintenance technician supports the ongoing maintenance and repair of Messiah Lifeways’ buildings, systems, and equipment. This role ensures that maintenance operations are performed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have knowledge of/experience in the following: Strongly proficient maintenance repair skills – building equipment, appliances, electrical systems, plumbing systems, etc. Proficient technology skills - Office Suite ( Microsoft) and work order management technology Proficient interpersonal skills - Able to communicate effectively, representing the organization in a professional and engaging manner Ideal candidates would be looking for a flexible schedule to support staffing gaps with a Monday through Friday schedule, allowing them to use their gained maintenance experience to support the residents of Messiah Lifeways.
