Requirements

Experience in maintenance
Ability to drive fork lift
HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be at least 18 years of age

Knowledge for maintenance

Responsibilities

Inspecting facilities, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance issues.
Performing repairs and maintenance as needed, including plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and HVAC.
Keeping a maintenance log and writing shift reports.
Reporting any issues to management.
Responding to repair and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Collaborating with the maintenance team and contractors as needed.
Using equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.
