About The Position

Pivot Point, a manufacturer of fasteners located in Hustisford, WI, is currently in search of someone with relevant experience to provide building/facility maintenance/cleaning. Part Time scheduling would consist of an agreed upon set schedule of 15-28 hours per week, 3-5 days per week, with at least Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday scheduling on 1st shift. Ideal scheduling would have a late morning start time (est 10am), but willing to discuss a mutual fit. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and as detailed in the Pivot Point Building Maintenance Standards. Other duties may be assigned. Daily clean and maintain shop floors by using mops, scrubbing machines, brooms, and vacuums. Daily general outside cleaning/pick-up of parking area and building entrances. Semi-annually wash and maintain inside and outside walls of establishment and otherwise as needed. Semi-annually clean ceiling and floor fans and inspect for damage or wear. Replace light bulbs and clean fixtures as needed. Painting of walls, floors, and/or machinery. Clean and maintain Cold Storage and Scrap Metals Storage areas as needed. Seasonal jobs as required. Perform machine preventative maintenance cleaning. Maintain cleaning equipment. Operate forklift, skyjack, floor scrubber, coolant and oil filter machine, shop vacuums, and pressure washer. Assist with repairs and maintenance of the physical structure of establishment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ Years experience with building/manufacturing facility maintenance.
Current WI Driver's License with clean driving record.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and regularly move/lift 50 pounds, occasionally 100 pounds.
Ability to operate a floor-scrubbing machine.
Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and independently.
Solid, consistent work history.
Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.
