About The Position
Summary: Ensures the day-to-day upkeep, maintenance and smooth operation of the building’s food and beverage locations.
Requirements
- Frequent lifting and transporting up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent bending, stooping and reaching
- Constant standing throughout the shift
- Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license.

- Refrigeration and plumbing certifications a plus
Responsibilities
- Cleans and maintains concessions stand equipment
- Performs repairs to equipment, fixtures and furniture
- Makes adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems.
- Moves heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
- Notifies managers about the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
- Requisitions supplies and equipment for cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
