About The Position

Requirements

  • A knack for understanding various maintenance situations, construction plans and building codes.
  • Stellar communication skills - you can chat with agency staff, contractors, and community members like a pro.
  • Tech-savvy enough to handle basic computer tasks with ease.
  • Great at juggling priorities, meeting deadlines and keeping the details organized.
  • The ability to oversee projects and ensure specifications are met and projects are completed.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One (1) - Three (3) years of maintenance experience OR a mix of education and experience that fits the bill.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Make it Shine: Clean, dust, and polish the building floors, walls, windows etc.
  • Show off your Style: Manage and maintain the landscaping and keep our employees and clients safe.
  • Keep your eye on the Prize: Perform routine maintenance and work with Supervisors to schedule larger scope repairs.
  • Support your Agency Family: Set up, move and take down equipment for programs, meetings and special events.
