About the position
The Building Maintenance position at Epic involves contributing to a dynamic team responsible for maintaining the facilities of a large campus. Responsibilities
- Perform inspections of buildings and facilities.
- Prepare rooms for various uses and events.
- Lead independent projects including flooring repair, carpentry, upholstery, and woodworking.
- Support various teams including Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Horticulture, and Culinary.
- Maintain the aesthetic and functional quality of the campus facilities.
Requirements
- Experience with general building maintenance including basic electric, plumbing, painting, or repair work.
- Must live within 45 minutes of Epic's campus in Verona, WI, or be willing to relocate.
- Availability to work second shift.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
