Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of facility/building maintenance experience
- Valid Florida driver’s license with safe driving record
- Flexibility to work varied hours and be on-call as needed
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks
Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, and maintain buildings and equipment
- Complete service requests with care and timeliness
- Provide outstanding customer service to team members and partners
- Travel to all our locations
