Building Maintenance Technician – HOA Communities | $24–$28/hr
About The Position
Towne Properties – Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our communities with high-quality maintenance and exceptional customer service. At Towne Properties, we support condominium and homeowner associations by keeping communities safe, functional, and beautifully maintained. Position: Maintenance Technician – Condominium & HOA Communities Location: Carolina Regional Office – Raleigh, NC Schedule: Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM with on-call rotation Pay: $24–$28 per hour based on experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance or building maintenance experience
- Skills in carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical work
- Experience working on exterior building components such as gutters, doors, trim, and roofs
- Ability to work safely on ladders and exterior projects
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance or building maintenance experience
- Truck or van required for daily use (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Basic hand and power tools required
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Ability to use a mobile phone for work order systems
- Willing to complete background and drug screening if offered employment

Responsibilities
- Performing building maintenance and repairs including carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and general upkeep
- Maintaining exterior community features such as gutters, roofs, doors, trim, and lighting
- Responding to service requests and maintenance issues efficiently
- Delivering professional customer service to homeowners and association boards
- Managing multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency repairs
