About The Position

Completes general building repairs and preventative maintenance procedures to ensure all building support equipment and shop related tools are at-the-ready when required and operate in a safe manner. Addresses all Building Maintenance requirements. Supports both office and shop. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Follows all OE preventable maintenance methods with all supporting equipment. Replaces lights or light fixtures. Provides preventative maintenance and repairs garage doors. Provides preventative maintenance and performs basic repairs to HVAC. Ensures electrical outlets and light switches are operating and performs repairs. Ensures building integrity is sound. Ensure building aesthetics, both inside and out, are to Hogans standards and touches-up or repairs as necessary (e.g. door frames, wall repairs, spackle, paint, ceiling tiles). Supports fuel island attendants with window cleaning and trash removal, as necessary. Other duties as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 2+ years experience in building maintenance
• Complete knowledge of all hand, air and power tools required within the building maintenance industry
• Overall complete fundamental knowledge with all building equipment
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Good driving history
• Fork truck safety license
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
