Access to our Wellness Coach Program What You Will Do Maintain cleanliness of building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming Perform thorough cleaning of restrooms (men’s, women’s, and unisex), including restocking supplies and maintaining sanitary conditions Clean and maintain break rooms, supply areas, and common spaces Dust and wipe down furniture, walls, machinery, and equipment to maintain a clean production environment Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, windows, mirrors, and glass partitions Prepare and use appropriate cleaning solutions in accordance with safety and usage guidelines Clean tools and equipment using proper materials such as solvents, brushes, and cleaning devices Remove trash and recycling daily and prepare waste for scheduled pick-up Maintain exterior areas by removing debris, managing weeds, and supporting basic groundskeeping Assist with snow removal (sidewalks, driveways, parking areas) and apply de-icing materials as needed Monitor and restock cleaning supplies; notify management when inventory is low Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment What You Bring (Qualifications) High school diploma or equivalent required 2–3 years of janitorial or custodial experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings as needed Ability to follow direction and complete tasks efficiently Experience safely using hand tools and basic cleaning equipment Acero Precision is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings as needed
  • Ability to follow direction and complete tasks efficiently
  • Experience safely using hand tools and basic cleaning equipment

Nice To Haves

  • 2–3 years of janitorial or custodial experience preferred

Responsibilities
